Londoner’s lead the trend of upgrading builder basic insulation to Spray Foam 
Andrew Houben, Insta-Insulation’s London Smart Comfort Advisor reports that he has met with numerous London homeowners that are looking to upgrade their builder basic fiberglass insulation to Spray Foam, since meeting them at the London Spring Home and Garden Show last month. When asked why Londoner’s seem to be leading this trend Andrew attributes it to the following reasons: “With London being home to Western University and Fanshawe College it has many tech savvy homeowners. They are doing their research on the internet into how to save energy long term and live with as small a carbon footprint as possible. London homeowners want the long lasting energy savings that spray foam insulation provides. They have seen Mike Holmes with Insta-Insulation as his official insulation contractor promoting the benefits of increased comfort and better indoor air quality. And, finally with London still having that small town feel, local builders are more willing to work with homeowners bringing in their own insulation contractor to install spray foam insulation to a new build.”
With this being our fourth year at the London Spring Home and Garden Show, and 10th at the Western Fair Farm Show and the Poultry Show, our Insta staff had the opportunity to exchange greetings with many of our satisfied customers from London and the surrounding areas. It’s always a pleasure to hear stories about the difference our services have made in people’s lives; whether it was an attic upgrade, spray foam insulation in a house/basement/barn or Insta Panels under a concrete floor it’s rewarding to provide a service that has a long lasting impact in the communities we service.
According to Andrew, London is also a step ahead when it comes to utilizing our Insta Panels, “With the new building code changes requiring houses to have insulated basement floors, more and more Londoners are taking advantage of our Insta Panels because they are a superior product compared to anything else that is available in the market today, not only with quality but price as well.”
